The Esmeralda Special Geisha Auction Sample set contains 15 samples of geisha coffees (6 washed, 4 natural and 5 special process).
Sample sets are available both unroasted (Green beans) and roasted. Unroasted sets contain samples that weigh 175g each and roasted sets contain samples that weigh 120g each.

1.    ES-W-1 Mario San José Washed 

 Description: Our most traditional geisha profile, a juicy washed coffee with strong notes of jasmine, bergamot and peaches.

 Process: Washed (aquapulped)

 Drying: 50 hours in a mechanical dryer.

2.    ES-W-2 Lino Carnaval Washed 

 Description: An elegant and classic cup profile, vibrant, structured and transparent, with strong notes of jasmine and apricots in the cup.

3.    ES-W-3 Noria San José Washed 

 Description: An ultra floral, juicy and sweet cup with notes of strawberries and peaches.

4.    ES-W-4 Super Mario San José Washed 

 Description: Distinguished by notes of jasmine and red berries, bright, sweet and brimming with flavor.

5.    ES-W-5 Lino San José Double Washed 

 Description: After removing the pulp and mucilage, the washed coffee was left to soak for 60 hours in a tank of clean water to enhance the bright floral cup, and bring out a smooth and creamy body. With tangerine acidity and stonefruit flavors, this is a sophisticated cup profile.

6.    ES-W-6 Noria San José Double Washed 

 Description: Left to double soak for 60 hours in clean water after washing brings forth a sweet and refreshing cup with strong notes of jasmine and peaches, and a hint of cinammon.

 Description: This fruit dried (Natural) coffee is extra floral and vibrant with bright and juicy acidity . Notes of dried tropical fruits and figs.

 Description: Anaerobic fermentation with special yeast innoculation for 60 hours. Sweet mango, red fruit, fruity and floral fragrance. Malay apple.
